Coast To Coast Coffee with WWP

Coffee has a special way of bringing people together.

For more than twenty years, the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), a nonprofit organization for veterans, has advocated for and provided aid to millions of wounded warriors and their families. Through various programs addressing mental and physical health, financial education, career-building, and much more, WWP is helping transform the way America's veterans are empowered, employed, and engaged in our communities.

So when WWP reached out to us to join their new livestream called Coast To Coast Coffee—a weekly Twitch stream that aims to highlight roasters and coffee shops doing good across America by talking about all things coffee—we, of course, said yes! After all, what's better than sharing our love of coffee with new friends?

And who better than to talk about all things coffee than our very own head roaster, Mike Mazulo?

So we grabbed Mike and headed to our Wheatfield Village cafe last week for a fun chat with Jackie Green from the Livestream & Gaming team at WWP about the history of PT's Coffee and our Direct Trade relationships, easy tips and tricks for novice coffee consumers, and a quick overview of the roasting process.
