We roast to order five days a week. Orders placed before 4PM CT roast and ship the next business day.

Blue Label coffees roast and ship on Mondays and Thursdays only. All items in your order will ship with your Blue Label coffee unless you request otherwise in the "Special instructions" section above.

When you purchase a Roaster's Choice Subscription, payment is processed immediately and your initial subscription box will roast and ship on the first Tuesday of the coming month.

Subsequent orders will be processed on the 27th of each month. You will receive an email confirmation for each order.
