"Window Weather" is an Icelandic term describing the kind of winter day that looks agreeable from indoors—sunshine, blue skies—but turns out to be bitterly cold and windy. The perfect weather, that is, for curling up in a cozy nook with a pot of coffee.
Our roasting team formulated this Winter Blend to bring you bright, sunny flavors through the depths of the season.
Three coffees from Central America and Africa combine to create a lively light roast blend. We found aromas of marshmallow and prune followed by notes of lemon bar, semi-sweet chocolate, and black cherry in the cup. Nougat sweetness and golden raspberry acidity resolve into a candied pecan finish.
