Grind size suggestions for brewing style:

A proper grind is extremely important to the extraction of the brew. As a general rule, the longer the brew cycle, the coarser the grind. If you do not yet have your own grinder, we can grind it for you at the nearest suggested setting:

Espresso
Fine
Auto

Coarse

Espresso: Almost powdery

Best for home espresso machines and Turkish coffee.

Fine: Similar to sugar crystals

Best for single-serve pour overs.

Auto: Similar to table salt

Best for countertop automatic brewers and Chemex.

Coarse: Similar to coarse sea salt

Best for French press and cold brew.
